I want to talk about mental health. It is incredibly important to support, nurish, and make normal to talk about. Equally important, access to resources to support your mental health can be limited and incredibly expensive.

For myself, making art is a huge part of my practice to release any anxiety and free my mind. It makes me feel so good and happy. If you ever want to talk about ways that you practice self-care, I am all here for it.

That being said, recognizing the importance of it, and the importance of supporting Black lives, for August + September 20% of proceeds will be donated to The Loveland foundation. They are committed to showing up for communities of color in unique ways specifically in providing resources to support and nourish mental health.
